Tucked away at The Penthouse in South Coast Plaza, Marché Modern is a hidden treat. I really enjoyed this meal as it included all of my favorites. We started with tuna tartare and bone marrow, followed by a watercress salad. For the main entreés, we had salmon over this amazing mousse, and beef cheek. Lastly, a classic molten lava cake was enjoyed for dessert. I'm still dreaming about the marrow and salmon! As someone who tends to order the same exact thing every time I go out, I really appreciate that they change their menu daily. Perhaps it's time for me to be a little daring with my diet!
