While at the eslite Spectrum Center (here), I took a class where I learned how to make my own silver ring. It was incredible to see what began as a single stick of silver turn into a ring that I'll have for a lifetime. Lines were etched on the top for some texture and I hammered the word "courage" inside the band. I chose this to remind myself to remain brave as I begin my transition from student to adult. Overall, the class was incredibly fun and I learned a lot. Taking the time to hammer, fire, and shape this ring makes it so much more personal and special.
