You know that a restaurant has something going for it when you walk in at 9PM and it's packed. I stumbled into Le Sans 13 late at night and was met by a boisterous crowd of hip diners drinking wine and digging into plates of fresh pasta. So, I sat down excited to see what they offered on their menu. Except...a menu never came. I sat and sat and sat until I realized fifteen minutes in that the menu was written on the wall - whoops. After that though, I finally ordered and enjoyed some seriously fine pasta. The food was rich in flavor, and each dish was cooked perfectly. My only issue was that the service was so slow. Maybe it's the restaurant, or it might be their way of eating. Regardless, I don't mind waiting so long for a dish like this.
