Dressing should be easy, but certainly not boring. I've recently found myself rather lazy when it comes to my sartorial pursuits, so this shift dress has come to the rescue. Its boxy shape makes it such an easy and comfortable wear, and the silk fabric elevates it for day and night. I've also been loving this little backpack recently. It's such an unusual and fun color, and always adds a pop to my usually monochromatic wardrobe.

I've also been loving this double drop necklace from Happiness Boutique. It's such an elegant design, and a gorgeous rose gold. Feel free to check out their other necklaces here and enjoy 10% off with code "sartorialdiner" (and free shipping to boot!).

Oh, and Kevin made a lot of jokes about how "serious" these photos looked. So, we started to mess around and ended up with the last shot. He wanted to see if I could maintain my poker face while wearing my backpack a la "tourist trying not to get pick pocketed". See, told ya I could do it Kevin.
